DTF Transfers are the perfect solution for full color short run apparel printing.  No more weeding vinyl, dealing with faded printable vinyl, no restrictions of fabric being cotton or polyester or setting up screens for multiple color screen print jobs!  It’s like having the flexibility of a DTG printer without needing to own a $10,000 + DTG Printer!  All you need is a HEAT PRESS.  The inks are waterbased for a soft hand feel, printed onto a clear PET film with a white underbase, then a special DTF powder is melted onto the wet ink so these sheets can be shipped, stored in folders and printed on demand when you need them.  It’s a much better solution to sitting on stock and inventory, just keep a folder of the sheets nearby and press them onto your fabric or apparel substrate when you need to!

Application Instructions
Like many things, not all transfer sheets are created equal, from the PET film itself to the inks used.  We are currently using sheets that can be cold peeled OR warm peeled for maximum quality and compatibility.
Step 1: Set your Heat Press to 315F, then pre-press your garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture
Step 2: Align the film and press for 15-20 seconds with medium pressure, without a teflon or parchment sheet
Step 3: Peel warm or allow to cool before peeling in a slow but continuous motion. If stuck, try a new angle
Step 4: Re-press the garment for 10-20 seconds with a teflon or parchment sheet to help the ink set into the fabric a bit more and increase washability. Alternatively you can also flip the garment upside down (print side down on the platen cover) for the second pressing. Congrats, that’s it!
