Return Policy - The Print Remedy

The General Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Print Remedy. We want you to be happy with every purchase, physical or digital. Please read our return policy carefully so you understand your rights and options.


Custom Printed Products (Physical Items)

Because we specialize in custom-printed products, accuracy at the design stage is critical.

Please ensure that all custom printed information including (but not limited to) text, graphics, sizing, spelling, QR codes, colors, and layout is checked thoroughly before submitting your order. We strongly recommend reviewing your files at least four times prior to submission.

Once a custom order is submitted, ordered, and paid for, it is considered approved for production.

For this reason:

  • There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom printed items under the basis of submission errors or mistakes

  • This includes any order that has entered the production phase

  • Approval to print is assumed once the order is placed

In some cases, we may catch an obvious issue before production begins. If this happens, we will contact you by email in an attempt to resolve the issue and return the order to the production queue. However, once an order reaches production, it becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the issue is 100% without question an error on our part.


Misprints & Production Errors

If an item is misprinted or damaged due to an error on our end (excluding shipping damage):

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Clear documentation may be required

Claims that are clearly and unquestionably the result of our production error will be reviewed and, if approved, replaced accordingly.


Shipping Address Errors & Unclaimed Packages

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees and associated costs before the order is sent again.

If a package is unclaimed and returned to us by the carrier:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

  • We may require signature confirmation on the second shipment to ensure successful delivery

We will remain in contact with you to confirm the corrected address before reshipping.


Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Mockup Master files

  • Downloadable templates

  • Digital design assets

  • Instant downloads

All digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been granted, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under most circumstances.

Before purchasing a digital product, please ensure that:

  • You are selecting the correct file or product

  • The file format is compatible with your software

  • You understand exactly what is included in the download

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” refunds are not offered for accidental purchases, incorrect file selection, or compatibility issues.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your file, we are happy to help resolve access-related problems.
