Return Policy - The Print Remedy

The General Return Policy

Please make sure all custom printed information, text, graphics, QR codes and anything else handled by us is 400% quadruple checked before sending it to us for print.  Unfortunately there is no return policy on custom printed items because as soon as they are sent to us for print, you are assuming approval to print the items.  Sometimes we catch a screw up, in which case you will receive an e-mail in attempt to fix an issue and get it back in the production cue.  Anything that makes it to our production phase (submitted, ordered and paid for) is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless it is 100% without a doubt an error on our part.

Misprinted items and damaged items (that WE damaged, not shipping issues) must be notified to us within 30 days of receiving said items. Claims that are without a doubt, an error on our part will be handled and replaced.

If your item was shipped to the wrong address, that shipping address was provided by you, you will be liable to any and all reshipping fees and costs before the order is sent back out for delivery.  We will remain in contact to double check the next shipment and updated address is in place.

If your item is unclaimed by the shipping address and returned to us, you will be liable to cover costs to reship them and we may require a signature the second time shipped before receiving from your local post carrier.
