Ghost Pixel Zero is a free Photoshop action designed to eliminate unwanted semi-transparent pixels from transparent artwork.

If you’ve ever removed a background and still found faint halos, fuzzy edge pixels, or nearly invisible remnants hanging around your artwork, Ghost Pixel Zero was built for exactly that problem.

With one click, Ghost Pixel Zero processes your artwork’s transparency so pixels are left either fully opaque or fully transparent instead of partially transparent.

It’s especially useful when preparing transparent artwork for DTF printing, apparel printing, decals, graphics, and other production workflows where clean transparency matters.

Requirements

Ghost Pixel Zero is designed for Adobe Photoshop and works best with:

• RGB artwork
• 8 Bits/Channel
• Transparent raster artwork

Some files may need to be converted from Indexed Color to RGB before running the action.

Important

Ghost Pixel Zero intentionally removes partial transparency.

It may not be suitable for artwork that intentionally uses soft transparency such as glows, smoke, feathered edges, transparent gradients, or soft drop shadows.

Always inspect your finished artwork before production.
